How do I return my product?
Product returns are accepted on Stock Items if returned undamaged in their original packaging container within 10 days of reciept. Many of our items listed are not stock items. If you are unsure that you are ordering the correct item, please contact our customer service department to confirm that you are ordering an item that is available to be returned. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items AND the customer will be charged the freight charges incurred while shipping to product to you. Contact our customer service department directly for a Return Authorization and specific return info. Return recieved without prior authorization will not be credited. No returns on Quick Ship, Assembled, Factory, or Custom Orders. No Exceptions. It is the customers responsibility to assume any and all return freight charges.
