During this period, AVA will provide a replacement for any part that fails through normal use. Labor to replace the part is not included. Seating products have a 5-year warranty on the frame and all moving parts, and a 2-year warranty on the gas cylinder, foam, and fabric with normal use. Due to the nature of natural wood and wood veneers, customers should expect some ariation in the color and grain on the finish and stain.
