5 Year Limited Warranty: AVA seating products have a 5 year warrant on the frame and all moving parts and 2 years on the gas cylinder, foam and fabric with normal use. Warranty is to the original purchaser and warrants AVA products to be free from defects in material and workmanship given normal use and care for the duration of 5 Years. AVA will replace or repair at its option defective parts or merchandise within the term of the Warranty.
