Base assembly consists of welded 14-gauge legs with a12-gauge base spreader and structural 11-gauge base support. Top support is 9-gauge cold rolled steel. Decorative extruded aluminum trim panel is included. Adjustable column assembles to base assembly and top support using eight bolts (supplied) to allow for KD shipment and can ship via UPS (70 lbs.) Drive System: Electric 115 volt 60Hz AC input, 24V DC motor. No hydraulics, belts, weights or pulleys. System draws only 1.2 amps under full load. Capable of lifting 150 lbs. gross weight. Motor drives a steel Acme thread, linear actuator with gear reduction All components are U.L. recognized. Tested to 25,000 cycles without failure. Glide System: Patented glide system maximizes stability and alignment by compensating for off-center loads. No additional adjustment required throughout life cycle. Travel Range: 16” of vertical adjustment, from 26” to 42” (with 1 1/8” thick top). Travel rate is 18 seconds (47” per minute). Work Surfaces: Standard surfaces are either thermally-fused melamine or high pressure laminate on 1” or 1-1/8”, respectively, medium density particle board core. Flexible PVC T-molding is standard edge treatment. Post-formed edge optional on laminate work surfaces. Rectangular or corner configurations are available in either single or dual surface. Numerous color finishes available to choose from. Keyboard Mechanism (optional): Optional DataCenter keyboard mechanism attaches to monitor surface to provide height adjustment 5” below to 7” above monitor surface. Full range of keyboard is 21” to 49”. Articulating mechanism also offers +15 degree to -15 degree tilt on the keyboard. Functional load is 100 lbs. Paint Finish: High solids polyester paint is 1.5 mil thick and baked at oven temperature of 300 degree F for a durable finish.
